At Misk Oud, we aim to deliver your perfume oils, attars, and oud fragrances quickly and securely. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver orders.

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • During peak seasons (Eid, Ramadan, holidays), processing may take up to 2–3 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

2. UK Shipping

We ship across the UK using trusted couriers:

  • Standard Delivery (Tracked 48) → 2–3 working days

  • Express Delivery (Tracked 24) → 1–2 working days

  • Next Day Special Delivery (if ordered before 12pm) → Guaranteed next working day

3. International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide where courier services are available.

  • Delivery times vary by country: typically 5–12 business days.

  • Customs clearance may affect delivery times.

  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees in their country.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

  • UK shipping starts from 0.

  • International shipping rates vary — displayed at checkout.

5. Tracking Your Order

6. Delayed or Lost Parcels
