Refund policy

At Misk Oud, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in offering premium Arabian perfume oils, attars, and oud fragrances. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and easy to follow.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • The product must have been purchased directly from Misk Oud’s official website.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must remain sealed, unused, and in their original packaging. (We recommend ordering samples to try before placing orders if not sure about the specific oils and sprays.)

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used perfume oils, attars, or sprays

  • Damaged items caused by customer mishandling

  • Gift sets, discovery kits, or samples once opened

  • Customised or engraved items

  • Sale or clearance items marked as “Final Sale”


Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  3. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email our support team at returns@miskoud.com with your order details.

  2. Await approval and your Return Authorisation Number (RMA).

  3. Carefully re-pack the item (preferably in original packaging).

  4. Ship the item to the return address provided.


Refunds & Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process once we receive the return.

  • Depending on your bank, funds may take an additional 7–10 business days to appear.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Our responsibility: If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover return shipping.

  • Customer responsibility: If returning for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), you cover return shipping costs.


Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights under UK law. For EU/International buyers, local consumer protection laws may also apply.
